Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend booking 4–8 months in advance for weddings, especially during peak seasons. However, last-minute availability may exist — reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

We require a two-person minimum for bridal services (bride + bridal party member). For other events, please inquire — we’ll work with you to customize your experience.

Yes! Trials are highly encouraged, especially for brides. They allow us to refine your look and ensure you feel 100% confident on your big day. Trial sessions are scheduled separately and held at a or mobile location.

We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but also travel throughout Northern California, Southern California, and destination weddings by request. Travel fees apply for extended distances.

At this time, we specialize in makeup services only. However, we’re happy to recommend trusted hairstylists we frequently collaborate with for a seamless beauty experience.

We understand that life happens! We offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled start time.

  • If you arrive between 16–30 minutes late, a late fee applies.

  • Should the start time pass 30 minutes without notice, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, with no refund for the deposit.

Booking is easy! Submit your inquiry through our Book Now form. A signed contract and retainer fee are required to reserve your date.

 

  • First reschedule is free, with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours incur a $50 fee.

  • Wedding day cancellations** will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.

  • Reschedules due to inclement weather (rain) are waived, as weather permitting.
